Is the article not quite what you expected?

Unfortunate, but this is of course no problem. The item(s) can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Is the item damaged?

Immediately upon receipt of the article, check whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we request that you report this immediately by sending an e-mail to with a photo of the defect and your order number.

*Attention! Unfortunately, we can no longer accept products that are damaged but not reported.

Our return conditions:

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (always keep the tracking code)
  • We do not return items with make-up/deo stains!
  • Articles must not have been worn/used for smell of perspiration or detergent.
  • The items must be in original condition and/or have packaging including tag/card.
  • The items must not have been washed, we do not give guarantee on clothing after washing, because we cannot check whether the item has been washed correctly.

What are the costs for the return?

Does your return meet the above conditions? Then there are two options to return the order. As a customer you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment and the shipment itself! The costs depend on the shipping method you have chosen.

1: Download a return label yourself

Depending on which postal company you have chosen, the prices may differ. Then pack your package properly, add the invoice and tick what you want to return. You now only have to stick the printed label on the package and deliver it to the chosen postal company.

After processing your return, you will receive an e-mail that the order has been received. If everything has been received in good condition, the purchase price of the article in question will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days. As soon as you receive an e-mail that the refund has been completed, this will be back in your bank account within 2 working days.

2: Create a return label at the service point

Would you rather create a return label at a service point? Such as PostNL, UPS, DHL..? That is of course possible. We recommend that you send your return with a track & trace code (even if a package fits through the letterbox). Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost returns without proof of shipment with track & trace code.

Pack the package properly, add the invoice and tick the box of what you are returning and state the return address on the package:
